infocall (“we”, “our”, “us”, the data processor) operates the infocall.app messaging application (“the App”) to be used by users ("you") within closed user groups ("your organization", the data controller).
The App provides secure message exchange within your organization.

- Phone number
Furthermore, we process the message exchange within your organization:
- Messages and notifications about new messages.
- Responses to such messages.
- Delivery and read confirmations.
In addition, when you use the App, we process:
- Technical data (such as device type, operating system, IP address) necessary for secure service delivery.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process personal data in order to:
- Enable secure message exchange within your organization.
- Authenticate and identify you as a user.
- Ensure secure delivery and storage of messages.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App.

Processing is carried out on the basis of:
